Velkommen til Hippegården i Briskebyen.
Hippegården ligger i Briskebyen, som er den gamle delen av Fagernes med nydelige omgivelser.
Vårt kjøkken og våre kokker strever etter å kunne tilby de beste tilgjengelig lokale råvarer fra Valdres, men du kan også forvente retter med kontinental europeisk stil hos oss.
I våre oppussede lokaler i Gullsmedvegen ønsker vi å gi våre gjester en spiseopplevelse utover normalen.
Vi har et stort utvalg av forskjellige viner fra mange land.

Inne har vi ca 35 sitteplasser, og om sommeren kan vi tilby 50 sitteplasser ute i tillegg.
Uteplassen vår har også en scene som vi planlegger å fylle med trubadurer og boder for salg av lokalmat.

Til nytraktet kaffe og som dessert kan vi kan friste med bakevarer, ostekaker med vri av lokale varer, utsøkt eplekake, panna cotta og mer. Alle rettigheter.

Super pleasant service and good service, great outdoor dining with good sun conditions and stylish interior in the restaurant, fit as well for romantic dinner as for friends. Locale Haut quisine in central Norway What seems to be and wine and dine club turns out to be a very good restaurant. We ate the local dishes and they were super. Be informed by the interested and friendly country lord! His advice regarding the local dessert went in with taste!

Simple and delicious Went to this restaurant based on feedback from others and did not regret it. The simple menu gave little room for allergy choices, but the owner could also make dishes without dairy products. The fish soup was already good and the smörrebröd with shrimps was delicious. Recommended for those who want something other than pizza, kebab or fast food!

Exzellente Küche in ansprechendem Ambiente. Kleines aber feines Restaurant und Weinlokal mit regionaler Küche. Alles selbstgemacht auf hohem Niveau und in einem ansprechenden Interieur serviert. Hätten wir hier so nicht erwartet und waren inkl. Service sehr zufrieden. Eine Oase inmitten von Burger, Pizza und Kebap Angeboten.
